1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between ch33 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (the "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the ch33 website at https://ch33.bet. By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ch33 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the subject matter herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ch33 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ch33 will notify registered players via the email address on record at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to ch33 and all associated gambling services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. ch33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification has not been satisfactorily completed. Any winnings credited to an account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a valid ch33 account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.
• Select a unique username and a strong password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Confirm that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Confirm that you are not acting on behalf of a third party and that all funds deposited into your account are from a legitimate source and belong solely to you.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ch33 account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If ch33 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same player, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and ch33 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ch33 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at the point of registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time ch33 deems appropriate:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your full name and residential address, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name, or bank account details for transfer-based withdrawals.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ch33 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. ch33 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from a player's failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ch33 account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. ch33 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ch33 immediately at [email protected]. ch33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ch33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ch33 does not currently accept deposits via international credit or debit cards.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment methods is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method and may vary for individual accounts based on verification status and activity profile. 3.3 Processing Times

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay deposits: Credited to your ch33 wallet within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits: Typically credited within 30–60 minutes during banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00–16:00 BST).
• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay withdrawals: Processed within 30 minutes of approval on verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: Completed within 2–4 hours during standard banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next available banking day.

3.4 Fees

ch33 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via any supported local payment method. Players should note that their own mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside ch33's control.

3.5 Currency & Conversion

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on ch33 are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ch33 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All amounts displayed on the Platform use Western Arabic numerals and the ৳ symbol.

3.6 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified ch33 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ch33 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to requests that exceed standard thresholds or are associated with recently changed account details.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive the ch33 welcome bonus — a 100% deposit match of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the player's account upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a ch33 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for all ch33 bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page. For example, a player who deposits ৳1,000 and receives a ৳1,000 welcome bonus must wager a total of ৳60,000 (30 × ৳2,000) before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Sports Betting (pre-match): 100% contribution on qualifying markets.
• Live Casino (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Andar Bahar): 10% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Crash Games (e.g., Aviator): 50% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Virtual Sports: 50% contribution per ৳ wagered.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus play must be wagered through the required number of times within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds not subject to completed wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically, along with any winnings derived from them.

4.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Players must complete or decline an existing bonus before a new one is applied.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.
• ch33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with notice where practicable.
• If ch33 reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet requirements without genuine play, or collusion — all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.
• Bonus terms for seasonal promotions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL season, etc.) will be published separately on the relevant promotion pages and are subject to the same general conditions outlined here unless stated otherwise.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ch33 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, tournament, and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules. In the event of any ambiguity, ch33's interpretation of the rules shall be final.

• Cricket: In-play and pre-match markets are offered for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals. If a match is abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with ch33's cricket betting rules, which are published on the relevant event page.
• Other Sports: Football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports markets are settled according to official results recognised by the governing body of that sport.
• Minimum Bet: ৳10 on all sports markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on ch33 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and operate under the rules published by those studios. ch33 does not modify the rules or RTP (Return to Player) percentages of any game supplied by a licensed provider.

5.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, ch33 reserves the right to void all bets or game rounds affected by the error. ch33 is not liable for any losses or purported winnings arising from a technical malfunction. If a malfunction void affects a settled bet that has already been withdrawn, ch33 may recover the relevant amount from the player's account balance or future deposits.

5.4 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the ch33 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ch33 reserves the right to cancel or void bets at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, system errors, or events that are outside the normal parameters of the relevant market.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ch33 platform:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or pricing discrepancies with the intention of deriving guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, or any strategy specifically designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate withdrawal through your payment provider after ch33 has confirmed the transaction (chargeback fraud).

6.2 Account Suspension & Closure

ch33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Upon closure for cause, ch33 may forfeit some or all of the account balance, including any pending withdrawals, at its discretion and subject to any applicable regulatory obligations.

Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or verification conditions.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

ch33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As a condition of continued use of the Platform, players agree to engage with the responsible gaming tools and guidelines provided. • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed once active.
• Reality Checks: Session duration reminders can be configured to alert players at set intervals during a gaming session.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

ch33 endeavours to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. However, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ch33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime, and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Third-Party Game Content

All casino games and live dealer content available on ch33 are supplied by third-party providers. ch33 is not responsible for the availability, performance, or accuracy of any third-party game content beyond its contractual obligations with those providers. Disputes relating specifically to game outcomes must be directed to ch33 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider where necessary.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ch33's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms are written in English. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the ch33 Platform should first be directed to [email protected]. ch33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, ch33 will provide further information on applicable dispute-resolution procedures at that time.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed to give effect to the original intent of the parties to the greatest extent possible.
